gogoph Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User" or "Player") and gogoph (hereinafter "gogoph," "we," "us," or "the Platform"), the operator of the online gaming website accessible at https://gogoph.co.

gogoph operates as a licensed online gaming platform under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). All gaming activities offered on gogoph are subject to applicable Philippine gaming laws, PAGCOR's regulatory framework, and these Terms.

These Terms apply to all services offered by gogoph including, but not limited to: live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, sic bo), live sabong streaming and wagering, sports betting, slot games, bingo, fishing games, and any other gaming or non-gaming features made available on the Platform from time to time.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the gogoph platform, containing personal information, wallet balance, transaction history, and gaming history.
• "Platform" means the gogoph website at gogoph.co, including all subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and associated services.
• "Wallet" means the PHP-denominated balance held within a Player's gogoph Account, used to fund bets and receive winnings.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to a Player through gogoph promotions, subject to separate wagering requirements and conditions.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by a Player from their own payment method (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, etc.), distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process mandated by PAGCOR and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government-owned and controlled corporation that regulates gaming in the Philippines.

To register for and use a gogoph Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. gogoph strictly enforces PAGCOR's mandatory minimum age for casino-style gaming. Proof of age is required during the KYC verification process.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation or other legal entity) and a resident of the Philippines or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where use of such services is lawful.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of gogoph, or an immediate family member of any such person, unless otherwise permitted in writing by gogoph.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order — whether imposed by yourself through gogoph's tools, or by PAGCOR or any relevant regulatory body.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the gogoph Platform. Creating duplicate, multiple, or shared Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to update this information promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and one-time passwords (OTPs). gogoph will never ask for your password via chat, email, SMS, or any other channel. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not shared with any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out fully after sessions on shared or public devices.
• Notify gogoph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

gogoph is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access where the Player failed to maintain reasonable password security or failed to notify gogoph in a timely manner of suspected unauthorized access.

gogoph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following PAGCOR-approved payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, GrabPay, and Coins.ph. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP).

Deposits: All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the gogoph Account. gogoph targets withdrawal processing times of 15 minutes for GCash and Maya; actual processing times may vary due to payment provider systems, KYC status, or enhanced review requirements. Withdrawals above ₱100,000 may require additional documentation as required by Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.

KYC Requirements: gogoph is required by PAGCOR and Philippine law to complete KYC verification before processing withdrawals. You must provide a valid government-issued Philippine ID (e.g., PhilSys, passport, driver's license) and any additional documentation reasonably requested by gogoph. Failure to complete KYC will result in withdrawal suspension until verification is complete.

gogoph reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withhold any withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

All bets placed on the gogoph Platform are final once confirmed. It is the Player's responsibility to verify all bet details before confirmation. gogoph is not liable for bets placed in error by the Player.

gogoph reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets where:

• A technical error, software malfunction, or data feed failure materially affected the outcome or odds presented.
• The bet was placed using a bonus in violation of applicable bonus terms.
• There is evidence of collusion, arbitrage, or systematic exploitation of platform errors.
• The relevant event or game outcome was subject to confirmed corruption, match-fixing, or external manipulation.

Live sabong matches streamed on gogoph are subject to the rules of the applicable PAGCOR-accredited cockpit. gogoph's role is limited to providing the streaming and wagering interface — gogoph does not control the conduct, officiating, or outcome of sabong matches. Declared draw or double-dead results are governed by the rules of the cockpit authority.

All RNG-based games on gogoph use certified random number generation technology audited by independent testing laboratories. The RTP and house edge for all games are disclosed in the game information panel.

gogoph offers various promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. Each promotion is subject to its own specific Terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions that apply unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus Funds are held separately from Real Money Funds in your Wallet. Real Money Funds are wagered and withdrawn independently of Bonus Funds unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Standard wagering requirements for bonuses are stated in units of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x the bonus amount). Wagering requirements must be met before Bonus Funds are converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements (e.g., slots may contribute 100%, live tables may contribute at a reduced rate).
• gogoph reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, amend bonus terms, or cancel a Player's bonus entitlement where abuse or manipulation is suspected.

gogoph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and its own Player welfare obligations. The following tools are available to all registered Players in the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on deposits to your Wallet.
• Loss Limits: Set daily or session-based limits on net losses.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automated notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or up to 90 days. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Permanent Account Closure: Players may request permanent Account closure for responsible gaming reasons. gogoph will process such requests within 24 hours.

All accounts on gogoph are subject to the 21+ age restriction. If a Player believes they may have a gambling problem, they are encouraged to contact gogoph's support team for referral to appropriate resources. gogoph fully cooperates with PAGCOR's responsible gaming directives and exclusion database.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the gogoph Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to PAGCOR and law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Using false, stolen, or fraudulently obtained identity documents for KYC verification.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using gogoph for money laundering.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or miscalculated odds in bad faith.
• Colluding with other players, game providers, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic bonus abuse.
• Allowing any person under 21 years of age to use your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing gogoph staff, support agents, or other players.

All content on the gogoph Platform — including but not limited to the gogoph name and logo, website design, user interface, game artwork, software, text, and marketing materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of gogoph or its licensed third-party game providers, protected under Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. No content from gogoph may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from gogoph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gogoph's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

gogoph is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, winnings, or data arising from Platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Delays or failures in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers (GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, etc.).
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, even if gogoph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Incorrect bets placed by the Player due to misunderstanding of game rules or odds.

Nothing in these Terms limits gogoph's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

gogoph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• PAGCOR directive or regulatory instruction.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after request.
• Extended Account inactivity (defined as no login activity for twelve consecutive months).

Players may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting gogoph support. Upon closure, any Real Money Funds balance (net of any pending disputes or holds) will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Civil Code of the Philippines, the Electronic Commerce Act (Republic Act No. 8792), applicable PAGCOR regulations, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the gogoph Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through gogoph's internal dispute resolution process. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days may be escalated to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms or the appropriate courts of the Philippines with jurisdiction over the matter.

gogoph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage, no less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where shorter notice is required by PAGCOR directive or applicable law.

Your continued use of the gogoph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
