gogoph ("we," "us," "the Platform") is committed to protecting the personal data and privacy of all registered players and website visitors. gogoph does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share personal data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Payment Processors: GCash (GXI), Maya (Paymongo/Voyager), BPI, BDO, and other payment service providers, for the sole purpose of processing your deposit or withdrawal transactions.

The gogoph Platform is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years and older, consistent with PAGCOR's mandatory age restriction for casino-style gaming in the Philippines. gogoph does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 21.

Age verification is a mandatory step in the gogoph KYC process. If gogoph discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age — whether through fraudulent registration or any other means — the Account will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the personal data will be deleted in accordance with applicable law and our data retention obligations.

If you believe a minor has registered a gogoph Account using false age information, please contact gogoph support immediately so that the Account may be investigated and closed.

The gogoph Platform does not include links to third-party websites for general browsing purposes. However, to the extent that game providers or payment method references on the Platform connect to third-party services, those services are governed by their own privacy policies. gogoph is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party game studios, GCash, Maya, or any other payment service provider. gogoph reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, applicable Philippine law, NPC issuances, or PAGCOR regulatory requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address or mobile number on file, or through a notice on the gogoph Platform, at least seven (7) days before the effective date of the change.

Your continued use of the gogoph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acknowledgment of and consent to the updated Privacy Policy. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this document.
